Shipping & Returns


CAKE offers free standard shipping on all orders $50 and above that are shipping within the United States. Yep...because we love you.

For an extra fee, cake offers two, quicker shipping options other than the standard free ground shipping:

           *3-day shipping: $19.95 per order

           *Overnight shipping: $34.95 per order

All orders are sent via UPS or USPS - cake staff will determine the best and most effective shipping method for your purchase. 

*Note: Any shipments being sent to a PO box will always be sent by USPS.

If your order is placed by 2pm we will do our absolute best to send your order out that same business day. Otherwise, all orders will be sent out the following business day excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on Fridays after 3 p.m. will be sent out the following Monday. 

Once you've placed your order, a confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail. We will then start working on getting your items out as quickly and efficiently as we can!

Once an order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation e-mail will also be sent via e-mail that will include the tracking number for your purchase so you can follow it along its way to you. 

* At this time, we only ship to locations within the United States. 

* We can only ship to one address per order.

How will my order ship? cake uses various carriers (usually UPS or USPS) to ensure your package arrives by the estimated delivery date and the shipping date specified when you check out. Most orders are sent standard delivery. For faster delivery, you can upgrade your shipping, for an additional fee, to 3-day shipping or or overnight delivery.   

How do I track my order? As soon as your item(s) ship, you will be sent a shipping confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided us. This shipping confirmation e-mail will  include a tracking number so you can follow your order all the way to your doorstep.   

If I am ordering outside of Utah, am I being charged Utah sales tax? Since Utah is an origin based state when it comes to sales tax, all buyers, no matter their order origin are responsible for paying the Park City, Utah (our location) sales tax.  

Can I cancel or change my order? Orders are final the moment we receive them as we immediately start working on getting it out the door, however, if you need to cancel or make changes to your order please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate! During our normal business hours you can reach us at (435) 649-1256. If it is before or past our business hours, please e-mail us with your concerns at and we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request. We cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled.   

When will my order arrive? If you have chosen our standard ground shipping method of $6.00, your order will be arriving within 5-7 business days, however, our Cake staff will determine the best and most effective method of shipping as we always want you to get your order as soon as possible.  * if you have chosen 3 day shipping, your item will be with you in 3 business days. * if you have chosen overnight shipping, well, you can plan to see your order the following business day!   

When will I be charged? Your payment is processed as soon as we receive your order. 


I have received my order, but I want to exchange it for something else. No problem. Please contact the cake team as soon as you can and one of our team members will help you through the exchange process -

*Please note, if the new item you are getting with the exchange is a lesser value than the one you initially purchased, you will receive a credit for the outstanding amount in the cake system, however, this will ONLY be able to be applied to future online purchases by calling or e-mailing the store as it will need to be applied by our e-commerce team. 


How do I return my order? We hope that you love your purchase, however if you are not satisfied, we are happy to issue a return or exchange for items that:

*were not purchased using any type of discount, i.e. sale, promo code

*are completely unworn, un-used, and in perfect condition. 

*are returned within 15 days of the original purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns outside of the 15 day window.

All SALE items are a FINAL SALE. No exceptions.

Once you have gone through the guidelines above and you are still eligible, you MUST get a return approval by us prior to returning the item. 

*We will NOT accept items sent back to us without a return approval. Thank you for understanding.


How do I get a return approval? Call us at (435) 649-1256 to let us know why you are not happy with your purchase and once we see fit, we will provide you with a return approval and will then help you with the return process. If it is not during our business hours, you may also e-mail us at with "your order number & Return Request" as the e-mail title. Then please provide some information as to why you are returning the item in the body of the e-mail. We will do our absolute best to get back to you as soon as possible.
