The perfect bath soak to fight off misery when you’re under the weather. Pharmaceutical-grade Epsom salts and baking soda work with Mustard powder, Coconut oil, Mulberry leaf, and Chrysanthemum flower to comfort the body when you’re not feeling 100% and to help you get a great night’s sleep when you need it most. An essential oil blend of Australian eucalyptus, Lavender, Australian tea tree, Rosemary, and New Zealand manuka enhance the salts and botanicals and bring about a sense of relief.

HOW TO USE
Take a bath when you start to feel under the weather (it’s also super-helpful as you’re recovering, or even in the middle of the worst of it, but the idea is to start feeling better as soon as possible). Add 1 cup to warm running water. Soak for at least 20 minutes to allow the ingredients to work their magic. Drink water before, during, and after the bath. Rinse, wrap yourself in towels or a robe and…get back into bed.
Sodium bicarbonate, brassica juncea (brown mustard) seed extract, brassica alba seed extract, magnesium sulfate, chrysanthemum morifolium extract, morus alba extract, cocos nucifera (coconut) oil, dextrin, maltodextrin, eucalyptus radiata branch/leaf oil, lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil, melaleuca alternifolia (tea tree) leaf oil, rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) leaf oil, leptospermum scoparium branch/ leaf oil, simmondsia chinensis (jojoba) seed oil, tocopherol.
In addition to popping a zinc lozenge (or two), we use this bath soak the second we feel a cold coming on to help nip it as soon as possible.
