This bath soak is the answer to restless, sleepless nights. Pharmaceutical-grade Epsom salts, Celtic Sea salt, Dead Sea salt, and Magnesium citrate combined with Valerian root, Passion flower, and Hops help promote a comfortable, calm state in which to prepare for sleep and help relax and ease the feelings of stress and tension that can interfere with restful sleep. The essential oil blend of Australian sandalwood, Lavender, and Spikenard aids in the process of winding down.

HOW TO USE
Add 1 cup to warm running water. Soak for at least 20 minutes to allow the ingredients to work their magic. Drink water before, during, and after the bath. Rinse and towel dry. Wrap yourself in a towel or robe and prepare for bed—the cool-down period is when your body is primed for falling asleep.
